Before you book
What happens after I book?+
You get a calendar invite with the video link (or address for in person) right away. Your specialist reviews your topic before the call, and the other two founders are briefed on the engagement, so the session starts at the problem, not at introductions.
How does the guarantee actually work?+
If you reach the end of the session without a clear next step you could act on that week, say so on the call and we refund the session in full. No form, no fine print. It has to be safe to bring us a hard problem.
Who exactly is on the call?+
The specialist who owns your topic. You see their name before you pick a time. If your picks span specialties, we bring the full team instead, and the scheduler says so.
What should I prepare?+
Nothing formal. Come with the problem as you'd describe it to a colleague, and any constraint that matters (budget, stack, timeline, data you can't move). Screenshots and real examples beat slide decks.
Can I reschedule?+
Yes, from the link in your confirmation email, up to the day before. Payment simply moves with the booking.
How pricing works
Less than an hour of a big-firm consultant, with no quote calls and no retainer. Choose your format and your time; the scheduler shows your exact rate and takes payment securely via Stripe before anything is booked.
